My dog ate a bed sheet. Should I be worried about an obstruction?

Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 65 lbs

He ate a 4inch by 8 inch piece of a bed sheet. Dahlia has her period. It is cotton the sheet

I would recommend contacting Midnight's vet about this. Depending on how long ago he ate it it may be recommended to induce vomiting and to try to get him to throw up the sheet. Otherwise closely monitor him for the next few days to weeks for any sign of intestinal blockage; which can include vomiting, straining to defecate, painful in the abdomen, not eating or drinking.
