My pitbull puppy is weak and has skin rashes. What should I do?

its my 45 days old pitbull...it is little weak from birth ...it has rashes or allergy on its skin...so kindly suggest me...what should i do?? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | 1 month and 15 days old | 8 lbs

Allergies at this age are not very common, it's more likely that he is suffering from either fleas or mite infestation, both could also be causing weakness. i would recommend taking him to the vet to get it checked first, he will probably need anti parasitic treatment.
