hello I'm agnes from the Philippines, we had a sick bird a cacatuo, his eyes are swollen and not active anymore ...just drinking water only for 3 days....and he is sanding bellow the bar...please we need your help....what are the medicine or first aid for him thanks... Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | 1 year and 1 month old
