Try and get him toys that will occupy him - a good chew toy, a kong filled with a mixture of kibble and a small amount of peanut butter (frozen will last even longer!), there are lots of options at pet supply stores! Also, make sure Toby has plenty of exercise every day - a tired puppy is a good puppy!
