My dog nella has the black circle lumps on her back hine legs. Do you know what they are? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 57 lbs

Those are unusual lesions on Nella! I am not entirely sure what they could be, but skin infection with bacteria or fungus can cause circular lesions on the skin. I would have her examined by your vet, they may want to do a few tests on the lesions to determine what is causing them and a good method for treatment.
