Hello and thank you for your question! I would get Keno on a efficacious flea treatment and preventative product now and year round to prevent fleas from coming back. There are several very good Rx products out there like NexGard or Bravecto that can be obtained by your local veterinarian. Dawn dish soap will kill the adult fleas but will not take care of the entire life cycle of the flea, so it important to get Keno on a treatment and preventative product. Hope this helps!
