My puppy had a joint infection. Will he have joint pain as an adult?

Hi, I have a 10-week old golden retriever that got a joint infection this past week. I got antibiotics that I have been giving him and he is doing a lot better. My question is will this affect him negatively in the future? Will he have joint pain as a grown up because of this? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 14 days old | 22 lbs
