Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Vomiting once and a while can with no other signs can sometimes be caused by not having something in the stomach overnight. I would try feeding Tyson a small meal in the evening, and then giving him a snack or a meal prior to your walk in the morning, if he isn't already eating in the morning. A tiny bit of blood can be due to a burst vessel from the act of vomiting. If this blood occurs once or twice, and he is otherwise bright, happy, eating, drinking and playing, as well as pooping normally, then just monitor. If the blood gets worse, or if the vomiting gets worse, or if there is blood every time he vomits, then I would get him seen by a vet. Best of luck with Tyson.
