My dog ate a large dose of melatonin hours ago. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 35 years old

Dog ate 40 12 mg melatonin. Wjat do I do? It was hours ago and I found the bottle

Fortunately even in very large dosage Melatonin is not considered to be life threatening in dogs, you may expect significant sedation with Django but he isn't in any serious danger, the effect should wear off within 12-24 hours.
