What's this wound on my dog's paw web? When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 75 lbs

Just found this on my dogs paw, it's his front right paw on top of the web.

It looks like Logan has a wound there! It could have been caused by trauma, or potentially an interdigital cyst that may have ruptured. If it's not healing on its own or he's licking at it a lot he may need to see a vet for antibiotics. In the meantime try to keep it clean and dry.
