My dog fell, limping, panting, shivering. What does a leg pop mean?

My dog fell on his side while running and was limping, panting and shivering all day then while runbing his leg i heard a pop and then he was fine but i picked him up and i heard a pop and he is back to doing the same thing, i think he was still in pain after the first pop. And he wont let me touch his leg without biting me. Its his front right arm and towards the shoulder.

I am so sorry to hear this! If he is seeming painful with his front leg and you are hearing a popping noise, I would be concerned something has been dislocated or is broken. I would highly recommend taking him in for an X-ray to diagnose it! If it is a dislocation they can be very painful and are easier to treat if seen ASAP. I hope this helps!
