My 3-week-old rescued puppy is weak and won't eat. Should I see a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 28 days old

I have a 3-4 week old people that I took of somebody hands cause they wasnt taking good care of her. She's a full blood pitbull and is a very lil runt , the rest of her litter died and I want to keep her alive or as long as I can. She won't eat but once in a while ... like once a day . So I force her to eat. And she walks like she's weak I had her for 3 days now and I got her back walking but she's still weak . Should I give her time?

I am sorry Queen isn't feeling well. Since she is not eating and acting weak, I would not give her more time, I would get her to a vet right away. They need to check for parasites and parvovirus. Bring a fresh stool sample so they can check her out and get her treated. Good luck and kisses to Queen!
