I am assuming you are talking about the difference between incontinence and urinary tract infection. Usually during infection/ inflammation of the urinary tract/urinary bladder you can notice signs of frequent conscious urination (with small volumes), blood in urine, straining to urinate, fever, lethargy, inappetence. In incontinence condition usually urine leakage (unconscious) especially overnight or during sleep is seen. A check up and urine analysis at your local vet will quickly and easily diagnosed and resolve the problem. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.
