My dog ate chocolate mole sauce and is throwing up. Should I see a vet?

We had a get together on Sat night and served mole chicken (Mexican chocolate dish). My dog has been acting weird, won't eat her food and today (Monday) threw up several times today. Her throw up looks like chicken, is dark, so leads me to believe it may be the mole sauce. She a 9yr old Boston Terrier 24lbs. Should take her to get in the mrng? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 25 lbs

Yes, I would take her in so you can get some medications to get her feeling better. In all likelihood she is going to be OK, but without the appropriate medications she may be feeling very under the weather for a long period of time. Hope this helps. I would also be prepared to tell your veterinarian about all the different ingredients in the sauce so they can make sure nothing extraordinarily toxic was ingested.
