Hello, I have a syrin hamster male. One of his testicles is bigger than other. He is right no sitting not even runnig. He is not activ eanymore doesnt run . Help

Depending on how old Titus is, the reason for one testicle being larger than the other might be different. I would say that it would be in your best interest to have him examined for evidence of either a testicular infection or a possible testicular tumor. If there is a tumor, neutering might be curative. If there is an infection, the use of antibiotics would be beneficial and possibly curative. Hope this helps.
