My hamster has a belly wound, scabs, and walks slow. What to do?

I have a Syrian hamster who is about a year and a half old and he has a wound on his belly that is red and has two brownish Grey small lumps and he has small scabs by his ear and is walking slow. Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Male

A hamster that is walking slow is usually a very bad sign, it's a general sign of weakness and severe illness. the other symptoms could be caused by a mite infestation, ringworm or hormonal disease. i would recommend taking him to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
