Hi. Poor aria. Her tummy must be upset. It could be something she ate, it could be a metabolic or endocrine disease, or many others. If she has only vomited once, you can withhold food for 24 hours, and then try boiled chicken and rice. If the vomiting continues, I would get her in to be checked. Good luck.
