Why does my puppy have white pimples on his stomach and whine so much?

I just got a puppy a few weeks ago, and somehow every morning he gets these white yellowish pimple looking things all over his stomach. I don't know what it is. He whines all night and day long, I don't know what is going on with him. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | neutered | 1 month and 15 days old | 7.5 lbs

Hello, & thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Churro may have a bit of a condition called puppy pyoderma. It is actually a mild staph infection. You can use a mild disinfectant such as betadine or 2% chlorhexidine in warm water. Bathe him daily for a few minutes & rinse thoroughly. If this does not help in a few days, then he may need to see his veterinarian & be placed on a course of antibiotics. Once this clears, he should not whine as much.
