Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 24 days old | 61 lbs
I have a 8 month old German Shepherd female who has been showing no signs of bladder control since more than two months now. There are times she has controlled for more than 10 hours but most of the time she starts peeing while walking out to her pee area... Since two days though I've been taking her every three to four hours she peed inside the house before I could even take her outside the door. Is it behavioral issue or is it possible she has a bladder infection?

Poor Zoe! If she urinates while she's walking, this is not a behavioral issue - it's a sign that she physically can't control her bladder. She may have a severe bladder or kidney infection, or an anatomical problem causing urinary incontinence such as ectopic ureters. I would definitely recommend taking her to the vet for a check-up as soon as you are able to. He/she can take a urine sample to check for infection or other simple problems, and may recommend additional diagnostics or referral to a specialist if needed for further work-up.
