Apoquel isn't working for my dog's itchy paws & red eyes. Supplements?

I have an Australian cattle dog that has redness around eyes and paws that itch. My current vet has given him apoquel for allergies and this really has done nothing for him.Is there a supplement I can give him to help with his issues if so what's the best to use. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Male | 55 lbs

In addition to the apoquel you can give omega 3 capsules, a total of 2000 mg daily. This will reduce inflammation and improve his coat also. Bathing in mild hypoallergenic shampoo weekly will help too. In addition keep him busy with toys and exercise as the more he licks his feet and rubs his eyes the worse it gets.
