My dog has fever, shaking, not drinking, spotting after heat. What's wrong?

My dog has a fever. She's shaking and won't drink any water. She's experiencing spotting bleeding but it's not a lot and she just got off her period

If she is acting sick after her heatcycle I would recommend taking her to a veterinarian as soon as possible. Dogs can get an infection in there uterus called a pyometra. It occurs often after they just finished a heat cycle. This is fatal unless she has divert to remove the infection. It is also possible she has a uti , prolonged heat, toxin exposure or auto immune disease. I would still recommend taking her in for a good check up tomorrow.
