Why is my German Shepherd sick and scared after dog boarding?

i have a German shepherd and he is 5. 6 years old and from past one month(from the day he has come from day boarding as for some work i had to keep him for 3-4 days there) he is going through continuous health problems as first he had testicles infection and after that ear infection.Recently i also noticed that he is very scared from small pups but not from the big one Ps: his testicle infection has been cured and going through treatment for ear infection. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 75 lbs

Poor Austin. My concern would be possible allergies. Allergies can cause skin infection which can lead to testicle and ear infections. However I would recommend contacting the boarding facility so they are aware of these troubles. Just incase they have insight on the cause. Some dogs can get testicle infections from aggressive play or breeding too. Thanks for using pet coach
