Hi my Maltese/shit 6 year old boy just licked a bowl of Potassium permanganate ( condense crystals) I'd made up for my leg.. as soon as he licked it he knew it wasn't his and spat it out.. I've flushed water down his throadt and he's drank a bit of milk... should I be concerned??

I don't think it will be toxic for Tosco! Flushing with water should be enough. I wouldn't give any more milk because dogs cannot digest milk like humans and it may cause vomiting or diarrhea. If he starts to have vomiting, diarrhea, or lethargy, I would take him to the vet. Good luck and kisses to Tosco!
