He may be sneezing which could be indicative of bacterial respiratory infection, aspiration pneumonia or mite infection. He should be examined as soon as possible by your veterinarian or an experienced avian/wildlife veterinarian. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the doctor.

These could be symptom of a respiratory infection. Hiccup should be physically examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian vet today. Birds are quite adept at concealing illness, so by the time they become symptomatic, they could be quite ill. He may need antibiotics. In the meantime, clean and sanitize his cage, bowls, toys and perches. Discard anything that cannot be sanitized. Make sure he is eating and drinking normally. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible until he sees the doctor.
