My outdoor cat has a new open wound. Should I take her to the vet?

Hi, my cat Tammy has an open wound which she just gotten today.. she was a stray cat and we took care over her every since so she has the habit of going out almost everyday for a few hours before coming back, which we discovered she gotten her wound. Please help as we are not sure whether to bring her to the vet

I would recommend a vet visit for Tammy, given the location of this wound she will likely need some anabiotic's to prevent infection. Depending on if it appears to be a bite wound when the vet examined her they may recommend pestering her rabies vaccine as well.
