Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 22 days old
I moved to a new place, it's a new house and environment so I am certain it's parvo free, but my dog likes to play in the sand which is covered everywhere and there's nothing I can do if I don't want to restrict her, what should I do and is the sand harmful to her?

Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Some dogs will eat sand, and that can cause obstruction, so if you see that Fierce is eating the sand, or if her poop is very sandy, you might need to keep her away from it. If she isn't eating it then the sand shouldn't cause any issues. In terms of parvo, it is very hardy and can easily live for many years in a location, so make sure that you have Fierce vaccinated, that is the best way to protect her from parvo. Best of luck with Fierce!
