found a turtle in a pond today. It looks as if a fisherman had caught the turtle with a hook and ripped it out. Its right side of the jaw is hanging. What should i do?

Oh no, this poor turtle! There are exotic vets who work with turtles, and I would check to see if there is one in your area who can help this turtle. There may be a wildlife rescue in your area that could be able to help as well. Do an internet search for local wildlife rescues.
