Why does my senior Maltese have ear and hip growths? What's wrong?

My 13 year old Maltese has a growth or swollen inside ear that's white and in the other ear it's sore on the back of it he was rubbing it. I also has a spot or growth on his back hip see photos thank you so much. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 13 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs

However, I can tell you that it would be good to have Presley evaluated by your veterinarian so that these growths can be evaluated further. These could be benign or malignant growths. This is most of the time differentiated with a test called a fine needle aspirate which is easy, cheap and pain-free. Sometimes, a biopsy is required for a diagnosis. Have Presley evaluated by your veterinarian to have this test performed to try to sort out what the diagnosis is so that the best course of action can be determined. At that time, his ears can be evaluated to see if he also has an ear infection which may be causing the itchiness. Keeping my fingers crossed that it is something benign!
