My dog has itchy lumps on nose from camping. How can I treat them?

My dog is at a campsite and now has several small lumps under the skin on the bridge of his nose that weren't there several hours ago. It seems to be very itchy for him. How do we treat this? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 80 lbs

It sounds like he has likely come out in hives from a sting or rubbing something he is allergic to. Yiu can give him.an antihistamine or apply antihistamine cream if you have it. Otherwise they should settle eventually or you can go to a vet for an exam and steroid shot.
