Why is my cat pooping, vomiting, and has a swollen, leaking rear?

My cat is popping the whole day. Her butt is swollen and leaking with yellowish fluids and she's constantly licking it. She had blacking stool the day before yesterday. She vomited and having dark eyes and darks circles. She is in so much pain. She is very nervous. She has two babies of 2 months approx and my Cat’s age is one and half years. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | 1 year and 6 months old | 15 lbs

It sounds as Lucha is suffering from a severe gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet urgently, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
