Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | 1 year and 11 months old
I had posted earlier a question regarding my cat Toby who was howling at 4-5 am. Dr. Elyse Macartney had answered and said to post another question if Toby is neutered. I said in my last post he is more verbal, he is eating normal just I never catch him using the restroom which is questionable. But he always in a way moans. If I look at him he does this weird meow moan. Anytime I do anything or he does something he just casually meow moans. We did do a big move almost two months ago though.

I think you are saying that Toby is neutered. That is good because male cats can vocalize when they are trying to mark their territory. I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian for a good exam. It is important to rule out medical reasons for his vocalization like constipation, trouble urinating, pain, infection or oral disease. If he appears in good health I would be concerned about behavioral issues. Even though he is neutered he can still try to make or claim territory. You can try felioway around the areas. This is a cat pheromone that can help with stress.
