My dog throws up white drool, swollen glands, tests found nothing. Why?

hy my 2.5 year old cairn terrier hav a problem-she throws up white drool it can be 5-20 times a day also her Salivary glands swollen ,red eyes &tears she started barking very strangely like trying to push something out by barking(not a behavioral problem)her mouth is full of saliva& every effort& excitement or a hot weather make her start barking & throwing up the dog is in pain wen it happens (she eat drinks)we did an ultrasound to her stomach & endoscopia blood test nothing found h e l p

Hi there! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! What you describe does sound concerning. You mentioned that the salivary glands are enlarged so this could something like salivary mucoceles though they are usully just unilateral so being both would be unusual. The other thing is making sure that it is not the mandibular lymph nodes that are enlarged in which case it may be something completely different. I think ideally a CT scan of that region is performed though if unable to you could consider an ultrasound lf the neck. Even before that, it would be helpful to sample that affected area via fine needle aspiration as this would help to rule in or out a salivary mucocele and help determine what this enlargement/swelling is. The red eyes could also represent uveitis so a close examination would be recommended. Good luck!
