My cat looks like a Pixie-bob. How can I tell what breed he is?

I have been doing some online research and I've come across a breed of cats known as pixie-bob, my cat Keanu has and shows characteristics and physical attributes of a pixie-bob, I want to ask any professional to either confirm this theory of mine or reject it and possibly give me a clue as to what breed my little guy is. He is so cute! I can't tell you based on pictures alone. A pixie bob usually has a shortened tail and I can't see his in the picture. They also have an orange belly. I suspect if you didn't get him from a breeder he is probably just a domestic short hair. Kisses to Keanu!
