Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
I have a cat who, for a week at 2am/3am, will wake me up by kneading my face/chest, neck. He shoves his head under my chin, into my neck. He shoves his head into my hands if they're palm side up. And, he follows me, no matter how much I toss in my bed. I know he is showing love but, is this normal? I'm afraid he's doing it because he feels I'm neglecting him. But, I spend a good portion of my time at home with him when not at work. I don't want my cat depressed. He's my baby!

Oh Oliver! It sounds like he is showing a lot of affection. My guess is you touch him when he does this behavior so you are rewarding it and it's becoming his routine. It sounds like he loves you very much! Kisses to Oliver!
