Hi, I have a 9 month old Maltipoo his a very healthy dog but today just by looking in his eyes I can tell his not feeling well. I also caught him eating grass outside and his tummy is making gurgling sounds as if there is air trapped inside.

Hi there! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Bruno is adorable! This could be secondary to gastrointestinal upset from many possible reasons such as dietary indiscretion or foreign body ingestion, among many other reasons. If he is otherwise doing well, it is likely to be something mild like dietary indiscretion causing him to have an upset stomach. Keep a close eye on him and make sure he is drinking water. If he does not look improved by tomorrow or gets worse, have him evaluated by your veterinarian. Good luck!
