My 5-month-old cat has a nose bump with pus and blood. What is it?

My cat is 5 months old and has a raised bump on his nose. Noticed it about 5 days ago and now has pus and blood. What could it be? Help!!

It could be many things, including a bacterial or fungal infection, ringworm, poorly healing wound, cancer, among others. Since there is blood and pus now present, I would recommend that Oliver get checked out by a vet. The vet can look at the wound and see what may have caused it, clean it up so it can heal better, and prescribe antibiotics or anti-inflammatories.
