My bird has a swollen, watery eye and a growth. What's the treatment?

Hi my name is Andrea, I'm 15 year old and I'm desperately looking for an answer on what to give my bird. My bird name is Rosa and I don't know how old she is but I've noticed she's grown a pimple on the side of her ear, her eyes look swollen, everytime I shine a light in her eye you can see it's watery and her eye looks peeled like there's no fur around it neither in the pimple thing. What's the best medication to treat this? Please answer thank you. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female

Ideally, Rosa should be examined by your veterinarian or an experienced avian veterinarian to diagnose illness or injury. Once that is done, the appropriate action can be taken. In the meantime, keep her warm and as stress free as possible. Make sure she is eating and drinking normally.
