My cat has an open lesion on the bottom of his foot and it looks like its starting on his other 3 paws as well.

Hi and thanks for your question. Thank you also for the picture. My best advice is to have a veterinarian in your area take a closer look at Billiz to diagnose this condition. Your veterinarian will likely want to take a small sample of the effected areas to determine what the nature of the lesion is so they can best Rx the appropriate treatment. A bacteria, fungus, parasite, or autoimmune disorder may be at play. Keep the area clean with a mild soap and water until you can see your veterinarian.
