Does Trimmex help with pain from cutting my dog's nails too short?

Hello can you tell me if trimmex relieves pain .I know it stops bleeding but wanted to know of it also relieves pain ? Regards

No, this will not relieve pain. This product just stops the bleeding. However, the pain of trimming too close is not that severe, despite their initial reaction; which is more due to the shock of getting cut. The pain is sharp at first, but then would be about the same as having a hangnail. The soreness is usually gone after the first day as they heal very quickly. I know, they make you feel terrible when you trim too close, but it's OK; they'll forget about it in no time with a treat.
