Why is my dog's belly swollen with bloody urine & worm-like thing?

My dogs belly is swelling and the vet has said its a tuma but a thing like a worm came out of his wee and after he weed blood. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 12 years and 10 months old

Oh my! I'm not sure what that is but that amount of blood is not normal. I recommend taking him back to the vet for blood work, a urinalysis and X-rays of his abdomen. There could be a tumor but you need more testing to be sure. Good luck and kisses to Charlie!
