My cockatiel won't leave his cage. Is this a sign of illness?

My pet cockatiel won't come out of his cage and we're worried. He's usually quick to leave his cage and fly somewhere but over the past couple of days the most he'll do is sit on his ladder but soon enough go back in anyway. We don't know what to do! Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Sammy is probably sick, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take him to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease.
