My dog's treats were in a hot plastic bottle. Are they safe?

Made dog a treat dispenser from 1 water bottle. Normal plastic bottle with a hole on the side. I filled it with dog biscuits and then used a hot knife to make the hole ( with the biscuits inside.) I'm concerned if the biscuits are safe to eat. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | 10 months and 23 days old | 51 lbs
