What's the healthiest dog food: Blue Buffalo or Science Diet?

What is the healthiest food for my dog? I am feeding him Blue's Weight Reduction and am thinking of switching to Science Diet since it is the #1 vet recommended food. Is it any better for him? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 95 lbs

I actually really do prefer science diet over Blue. I personally as well as several of my colleagues have seen some negative side effects to the blue buffalo foods. I have seen that it causes an increase in bladder crystals which make dogs more prone to bladder stones. Science diet has been around for years and years and have the appropriate research to back them up. They also have a light diet if you are looking for Lucky to lose some weight. I would make sure you mix the old food with the new food for about 10 days to help prevent an upset stomach. I hope this helps!
