My cat is screaming, vomiting, panting, and pooping. Is this an emergency?

My cat has come in from outside and began screaming in a strange cry she then went on to throw up white liquid foam and she she continued to vomit normally then leading to her then past stool on herself repeatedly , she was panting continuously but is also still very aware and alert to us talking to her , she is also restless what could this be? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Female | spayed

I am sorry to hear that Talulah is having this issue. Her symptoms are not specific for any one issue or disease process but my top guesses are trauma, heat stress or intestinal pain/obstruction.
