Why is my canary bird coughing, losing feathers, and has blue feet?

I have a canary bird he is more than 5 years old. He is having red poops i gave him a medicine from a local vet which made his poops normal but he is still having cough or difficulty in breathing. His neck hairs are gone and his feet are turning blueish. Though he is still active is eating properly. Pet's info: Bird | Canary | Male | 0.3 lbs
