Want the best vet for your pet? Where do top veterinarians study?

I'm currently in school and on my last year. It has always been my dream to be a vet. I'm from India and my parents say there isn't much exposture there. Which is the best place to study veterinary? I'm applying to med schools in the U.K.. just wanted to know where it's good to study in. Pet's info: Cat | Turkish Angora | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 4.1 lbs

Although I am not familiar with vet schools abroad, I do know the United States has several excellent veterinary schools. Cornell University, Colorado State University, and University of California Davis are in the top 3. However, getting into veterinary school is very competitive- even more completive than medical school tends to be, so really, any veterinary school you can get into is a good veterinary school :) Best of luck to you!
