Why is my dog acting unlike herself and leaving wet spots?

My dog seems depressed she is leaving sweat spots where she lays her nose is warm and dry she is not herself im kinda worried

Sorry to hear that Jewels isn't feeling right. Dog's do not sweat from their belly in any appreciable amount, so whatever it is that you are seeing left behind is not likely to be sweat. I would be concerned that she could be leaving urine behind due to an issue on incontinence. If this is the case, urinary continence can be due to age related / reproductive related changes, primary urinary issues, or neurologic causes. I would encourage you to have her checked out by your veterinarian to see if any other irregularities are found on physical exam or further diagnostics that may be suggested. In the mean time, you can do things at home like take her temperature (check for between 99.5-102.5), check the gums for pinkness / moisture, and check the skin for appropriate elasticity.
