Ok so my dog was coming inside from the backyard and the door was closing and the door is pretty think but he was running back outside and his stomach got stuck betweeen and the door opened. He seems liked he was hurt but now is actin fine like running and eating and drinking. Could there be internal bleeding. It has happen before but this was pretty hard. Hi there! Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! In theory any sort of blunt trauma on the abdomen can cause internal bleeding. However, in reality, it requires a good amount of force which from your description it does not seem to be the case. I recommend you keep a close eye on Jax for any signs of bleeding or just any traumatic injury from this event. Signs you would watch for include severe weakness, lethargy, pale gums and/or collapse. If observed, having examined right away. If he is fine after the next 24-48 hours, in all likelihood he will be just fine. Good luck with your boy!

No, I wouldn't say you are overthinking it, you are just being a concerned pet owner! If he's not showing any signs of pain, is behaving normally, and there is no bruising or discoloration of his skin, then likely Jax doesn't have any internal bleeding or injuries :-)
