The kittens should be eating solid food by now so hopefully as they stop nursing she will gain weight back. Parasites multiply when animals are pregnant so they can infect the next generation. Both Tia and the kittens will need to be dewormed so I would take them all in to your veterinarian. They will examine the mother and if she looks pale that is a sign of anemia so they may run blood tests to make sure everything is normal. Then they will check a fecal to identify the parasites and prescribe the right deworming medicine for Tia and also give a safe one to the kittens. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Tia.
