I have a newborn kitten that was found with a mother no where around. I am trying to save it and have been able to get it to take some formula from an oral syringe and I'm keeping it warm, but it was never even cleaned off after birth. How can I safely clean it?

Hi and thanks for using PetCoach! Sorry to hear about Baby. Raising orphan kittens can be challenging and rewarding. You can safely take a towel dampened with warm water and wipe it off then dry it thoroughly. For other information please consult the following https://www.alleycat.org/community-cat-care/neonatal-kittens/ http://www.vin.com/members/cms/project/defaultadv1.aspx?pId=21&catId=69&id=6718303&ind=54&objTypeID=10 You must take on the role of the queen or mother cat so education is key to learn about husbandry, nutrition, environmental needs, etc. Good luck with Baby.
